The quiet hours

This is the beginning of the quiet hours; a series comprised of photographs from 2009-onwards. Mostly they are images that do not belong to a series of their own. Stranded within the various labyrinth folders of my computer, i have decided to give them a new home.

Also, as it has been so long since my last update; i should let you know that we made it! Tickets are booked, bags...well, aren't packed yet, my exegesis has been put on the back burner, I'M GOING TO CHINA! Next Wednesday actually, with my lovely girls Aurelia, Sundari and Alice. Wish us luck! There will be many photographs of our adventure posted throughout my trip. See you there...

Dear readers...yes all 4 of you, I'm feeling inspired today.
I, along with the lovely girls Aurelia Carbone, Alice Blanch, and Sundari Carmody, and lovely boys James Tylor and CJ Taylor, have been accepted into The Pingyao International Photography Festival in China.

Aurelia, Alice, Sundari and myself are madly trying to raise funds through many avenues to get ourselves over there. Perhaps the most exciting of all is our Pozible website, where you can pledge donations, and where we can see the money meter slowly rising. Everytime it does so, each of us lets out a little squeal and does a happy dance! Please feel free to pass on our link to all your friends, family, co-workers and people to whom you are aware have money and the inclination to support a good cause!

Here are some images that i used for my final year assessment of my Bachelor of Visual Art Studies Specialisation degree. The first of which is available as a special addition size of 10" x 10" through our Pozible pledge.
